MAC X64 UPGRADES - MAMMOTH, DOCFEAR, APEQ

Hi everyone,

because we are getting mails every now and than
about the topic "X64" - I want to inform our
customers, that we have a working (beta) version
of the MAMMOTH EQ, DOCFEAR and APEQ x64 WIN/MAC.
Should work under newest MAC-OSX versions and Nebula-SERVER.

So every customer who is experiencing troubles
with these products, message me under:

[email protected]

and I will send you a temp-link to one of the
mentioned product, if you already own it.

Than I will need to authorise by hand, so please
be patienced!

About the other libraries, we are still working on it
and hope to release phonocamptica x64 soon.

I have requested for Mammoth X64 upgrades and have received the link. Unfortunately, i have not receive the AUT file yet since i sent the .ser on the 15th Nov.

sorry for being late, something went wrong in the database of our Support-Ticketing-System - you should now have received your AUT-File!

To all other customers: please also watch
your SPAM Folders (rocketmail, me.com, gmail).
From time to time our mails will be in your SPAM.

Hi Mirco, just pushing a little bit the topic once again. Is there an ETA when purchases will be active again?
Already passed like 4 months and I don't see any movement in the site or the Facebook account.

I know that the VAT legislation is complex to adapt especially for small business like these, but I my case, I'm just looking forward to purchase from the shop.

Don't know if there is a work around, at least to get one library purchase any time soon. (privately )

Unfortunately, my FateEQ is not working anymore and i can't even reauthorize since the site is down.

I hope i can get it to work again if Micro will find time to come back.
