Yes, new instances. The problem is just with the VST version. The AU version works great. When i select different frequency, the level drops, but using the default setting (200Hz, 700Hz, 1.5KHz) works normally.

Requesting a +/- 12 dB Output Gain control, incorporated into the design in such a way as to maintain the simple GUI layout. Maybe a secret hidden screw turn... or a pot around the toggle...

This might be subjective, not a scientific test, but the issues I was having before the new version seem dealt with. There is still some lag on the controls, but I am finding it much easier to dial in sounds, so a big thank you from me!

I just bought Purple and now I cannot access the files via "box". This is the second happening (the first time was when I purchased Diamond & Gold). Please, fix this.

I did that, but it seems like more of a website issue or something. It's not just Purple, but I cannot access any of my Acustica plugins from Dashboard.
