White Mastering EQ
Re: White Mastering EQ
Great news. This equalizer sounds amazing.
Do you think you can add in this update a feature to mute separately mono and side channel like I explained in a previous post?

In the meantime, stick this immediately after the EQ -> https://www.plugin-alliance.com/en/prod ... _solo.htmlFurykane wrote:Great news. This equalizer sounds amazing.

Re: White Mastering EQ
. All right but for me it's more ergonomic to have all in the same plug in. It is just a matter of adding -192 on the gains like in titanium. In the meantime, stick this immediately after the EQ -> https://www.plugin-alliance.com/en/prod ... _solo.html

Re: White Mastering EQ
Hi, thanks for replying and sorry for the delayed response. Yes I tried different buffers (actually posted the instance count at various buffer settings. The most instances I can run is 2 without issues, on any buffer size).Raising the daw buffer to 1024 or 2048 should help, though you will be introducing some latency. If you need it that low (256) to do any tracking, leave the Acqua units out of the picture until you're done tracking and you've begun mixing. In this case the latency will not be a concerning factor.
Another factor is the computer itself. Just because it's a 2015 with a retina display doesn't really mean anything. The CPU itself and the amount of memory you have are what's important.
What are the system's specs?
The macbook specs are 2.7ghz i5 cpu, 16gig ram, 512gb PCIe-based flash storage. I run other plugins fine - this one uses about 10 times processing power than regular.
I guess that's encouraging... May I ask what kind of instant count you are getting on your macbook? We don't have this behavior here, with a MBP 11.5 OSX 10.10.5 with almost all main audio host installed.
Best

Finally fixed (the m/s)
Francesco and Italo are fixing a wrong sample, than the product should be almost perfect

Amazing Phase curves. Wow.
Now I understand why it sounds so natural.
Congratulations to all Acustica team. I'm really happy with White.
Maybe the best EQ I've tried since Pearl, and for sure the one that has surprised me the most.
Tryed it in a really difficult mastering and worked wonders, specially on M/S mode, a feature that I love. Thanks for that.
Other users asked for solo buttons per channel on M/S. That would be nice (also in Ultramarine), but what I really miss is a Trim control for proper gain staging.
Still using the trial waiting for a stable version, so I can't give you feedback about performance.
Thanks a lot Acustica
Re: White Mastering EQ
the windows release solves it (and it was reported also from betatesters), they are checking now if the mac osx installer was correctly updated.testa wrote:The side of the MS, still don't working.
Enrique is also checking the reported path changement
We fixed also a bad sample, there are several improvements
Re: White Mastering EQ
I just tried it on PC Winx64, Studio One & M/S is working here.

1. Read first this: http://www.acustica-audio.com/phpBB3/vi ... ?f=7&t=484testa wrote:The side of the MS, still don't working.
2. Take in account we test over a new session, no template, no old session, always with audio host plug-in cache cleaned.
