Forum Constantly Logging Out?

Hey folks,

No matter if I check the “Remember Me” box or not, the forum page logs me out extremely frequently - like even after an hour break on my same mobile device. Any words of advice AA? Is anyone else experiencing this?

No sign whatsoever about this problem, with my connection, desktop PC Firefox W7, everything is perfect, automatically logged on, no inadvertent log out.

I have been staying logged in on the AA MAIN page ... but I usually have to then click LOG IN on the forum page.

I wish to stay logged in on both sections. HOW ?

And furthermore, an added annoyance is that once I click Login on the forum, it takes me away from whichever page I was on

Same here since the AA website/forum renewal.

Any insights on this @Support ? I would guess a large number of users do not find the pgdccomment or even stay long bc of this issue.

I'm still having several issue with the new forum ...

Double-clicking just to log into the Forums.

2. Posting ... after clicking SUBMIT, the site reacts slow. If I go to another thread, THEN, my submitted post finally goes through.

3. Posting ATTACHMENTS. Problems posting more than one picture file.

hoped that these issue would have been resolved by now.

Yeah, all of it is well annoying. Worst is that if you have a thread open, come back to it and post a comment, it can happen that after you click 'post' it may log you out and you could lose what you've written. I am very certain that support knows of these issues and last time when we spoke about it, I know they were in touch with the people who look after the backend of the website...

Dear Acustica,

it would be really helpful to get this forum logout problems solved. Today I had to login every time after I wrote replies, the replies disappeard and I had to write them again (even browser back did not help). This is really a pain in the a**s .

This problem has to be solved ; from where does it come from ?...
I see several users having this problem ; with my system I have never encountered it (Firefox, Windows 7, Malwarebytes), this forum is totally ok with this machine, since its beginning.
