Hi
I opened a ticket days ago asking to try Navy AAX 32 OSX public preview.
I got a ticket back saying I was invited to share a folder with installer files, but there was no link in it nor in my email.

As we explained to you in ticket response, we are not sharing direct links, we are sharing folders. You should receive and invitation from box.com to access to the shared folder.

As we requested to you in support ticket, we suggested to you to check your spam folder and anyway we sent the invitation again.

Hi Enrique

Maybe you're sending reponses to someone else...
This is the only one I've got answering to my ticket:

Hello Rubén.

Navy AAX 64 and 32 bits JUCE shared folder invitation sent.
Please move files/folders to the correct path and add your license.
Remove all Navy trial AAX files before copy Navy AAX files.
If you get crash, report it ASAP to us in a support ticket.

I got previous invitations for Amber, Green and Magenta with no problems.
And yes. I checked my spam folder.

No invitation in my email yet.
I also checked my account on box.com and Navy is not there.

Just want to find out if this is a feature or a bug.

I find that after i increase the input control to a good level and by selecting any output preamp, the input control goes back to zero.

I reckon the input control should stay at the level we set even we select diff output preamp right?

Thanks

Seems like Tech Support are not reading this thread regarding the issue above.

Well, ticket sent.

yes support reads the forum slowly and sometimes they forget issues if there is not a ticket on it. Reason is simple: tickets have a priority, while things written on the board are simply lost after a while!

Yes from my understanding it is not a bug, but the behaviors can be modified

Good that is not a bug but could you kindly get this modified on the next update?
