The custom part seems to be a skin that has a graphic on it that looks like a seal with a serial number. The plugin itself will be the same for everyone, just an individualized skin you receive after purchase.

they are numbered copies, a custom skin for each copy, and a limited amount of copies. Exactly like limited editions in the hardware world.

a bit of details about this titanic work:

it is based on around 100 programs for each freq rate, around 400 programs. It loads instantly, it sounds sublime, low latency and cpu load
