Here our plans for end of 2017, 2018


-Crimson is latest product released for 2017. There is a Christmas sale promotion going on, as usually. Don't forget to download the 2018 acustica calendar!

-We'll have a rest starting from saturday 23th dec till monday 7th jan. Enrique will continue providing support, but things will be a bit slower. We'll cover the period with loyal coupons. Christmas promotion will be interrupted just later

-Starting from jan 8th we'll begin the migration to the new website.It will NOT be fast. It's not just a website, there is also the backend/aquarius and so on. The main difference in the new website and aquarius will be about your accounts: you'll login using your "email" address both for aquarius and for buying/chart. You'll keep your actual user name for forums. There will be a small period where it will be possible to login to aquarius using the old username/password. About logging in to the new website: your password will be resetted, you'll receive an email AFTER 8th jan.

-We'll attend NAMM on friday 26th jan/saturday 27th jan, guests in Hezelrigg industries/Dw fearn booth. We'll present AND we'll release POSSIBLY Ruby that exact day. Meanwhile also prime studio guys will present a product with a nice endorsement. It will be amazing!

-Azure is actually on betatesting. To be honest there are not many issues today. So hopefully we'll be able to release it just later, after NAMM. It's an artist endorsement with Zino Mikorey Mastering and Analoginthebox, so we should check with them the best period for going live. Its sound is COMPLETELY different from Ruby/Dw Fearn VT5. Ruby is more pultec-like, tubeish, with an incredible 12kHz tone, air. Azure is more surgical, with way more frequency and bells options (more sontec-like segment). They really compliment each the other one (I'm using them in combination!)

-While we are speaking, franci is completing n4 setups for n4. We'll begin betatesting around the end of the year, during our holidays. N4 will be the product which will be our main focus during 2018, and you'll understand the reason why. I cannot anticipate too many things, but I would say It is the next big thing and Aquarius will help quite a lot there. About n4 and acqua plugins, people following me on instagram stories already know we are able TODAY to run acqua plugins in client/server mode. Everything will be merged in a single vision and product.

-We postponed Pink2 release (planned for this october) because the product was completely sampled, but we are planning a big code development just for it. I love the product so much, I decided to dedicate a very special development to it. We started in August and this is product I need for myself. People close to acustica know what's boiling there.

-Magenta4 and an other product I name simply "c" had a lot of sampling sessions during 2017. Magenta was completely sampled from the scratch, it required 5 days. It will be released just after pink, and I have a clever idea about the gui appearance.

-Aquarius will have an HUGE development.

I hope to see one day AA giving credit to the original gear designer and manufacturer instead of crediting people who loan the gear for sampling.

There is no legal issue admitting which device is what... It's enough to say "modeled after and we are not affiliated"
Anyway normally we don't do it
There are several designs and you could assimilate one to an other one.
We are making a research in this
We'll be more accurate in the case we have an endorsement of the hardware developer (which is possible imho)
