Preamp comes from different devices
Eq is almost a 81, but a bit better since sampled from a custom devIce with a better transformer arrangement.
It is a "super" navy

Many of us tought it was a hybrid design becase of that 73 and 81 button

Just compared N73 demo with burley 73 demo @ 3.2k and 6db. Both sounds pretty identical but..N73 has that Air around the instruments and the high band is much sweeter.

Since "Navi" ain't a 73 but a 1081, its more of a combined mic/line preamp and equalizer section for the N**e modular consoles.

N73 seems like the next option but we do hope they will do a 73 one day or perhaps next year

Being a custom design, the original is already hybrid
Like most of custom hardware, it is something "special" by its own, it simply sounds good and unique. Than we rented also new devices for adding the modern transformer sound or filters. In our concept this is a super device, not a boring clone

There is a trial demo, we'll post also funny matching audio demos.

Just to say it straight, sampling a stock 81 or 73 device is nothing interesting compared with what we did, there are so many lifeless clones already, both hardware and software. There are also many nebula libraries, let's do something with a value!!

@ gian,

One of GS user Jfjer mentioned that it would be wonderful if you could do a 88rs EQ as this will essentially be a workhorse EQ for many of us since we like the 88rs console alot.

Consider doing a AMS N**e 88rs EQ as a next year project in Acqua?
