I for one have been waiting for 3 weeks for a new Mammoth + Doc Fear auth. Sent request both via website and direct email with no response at all. Excuse me if I dont exactly believe you...Mirco wrote:Hi everybody,
I need to chime in to clarify some things.
At first: there is still support from Niklas and Me!!! Existing users still are getting help and authorizations, so no need for keygens! We always try to mail as fast as possible.

Re: Noooooo............ Sad day for Nebula world.......
I am not defending the recent practice of not answering support requests, but I do know that both Niklas and Mirco go in and out of intensely busy performance schedules that often take them on the road, where they do not conduct business. Yes, it sucks for us users, but it is what it is. And besides, they are in "the drivers seat" right now, getting upset and possibly insulting them is not going to help at all. I am just as nervous about that eventual day when a hard drive or mobo fries and I find out that I can not authorize my AITB libraries. It will NOT be the end of the world, it will just suck. Relax and keep it friendly, it can only help.

AITB please come back!!
Re: Noooooo............ Sad day for Nebula world.......
He, he - the cryptic message and the countdown really gave me hope that AITB will raise again from the "ashes" or silence and probably come up with something new and exiting!
Wild guess: "The condemned live longer..." - it could mean that the financial situation has been tough and now they have worked really hard to get some support and have achieved that, and will open the "shop" in approx. 4 days?!
I live in the hope

OMG life still going on on AITB planet then!Mirco wrote:Hi everybody,

At first: there is still support from Niklas and Me!!! Existing users still are getting help and authorizations, so no need for keygens! We always try to mail as fast as possible.
Existing Users also still can login to the page and download the products they've bought and authorize them!
So for all existing users of AITB, they still have access to everything they have bought and get help from us.
...
ciao and thanks

im glad you guys are still there even if you had some problems ..

I just found out about the AITB closing. I just want to say that the EAR Reverbs, which I must have bought just under the wire, are the best I have ever heard in the box. Absolutely gorgeous! And I can't imagine them not being available to future purchasers. I really hope that won't be the case.
