Re: Do not panic / The quick HELP thread
Purchased Nebula yesterday and sent in my .ser file. Would like to get started with Nebula but haven't received an authorization yet. Just wanted to know when I can expect that. Thanks.

Re: Do not panic / The quick HELP thread
Hi,
I've searched the forums trying to find the approprite answer, but can't seem to come across anything which answers my question.
I purchased 'Nebula 3 Pro MAC OSX AU' for this morning and have downloaded and installed.
Can't seem to locate the *.ser file to upload and authorize the full features of the product, which I'm dying to use!
(It seems to be displaying the same features as the free bundle)
Any clue as to where I should be looking?
Or a better explanation of the installation process etc

After installing, did you run Nebula once in your DAW?Riisu wrote:Hi,

Re: Do not panic / The quick HELP thread
Yep, I've run it once as suggested.
The 'INIT' error came up and it only displayed functions that were available in the free bundle. - Do I need to save the project I opened Nebula in?
I located the registration number within the plug-in through the DISK page.
But can't seem to locate the *.snr file anywhere?

If you got an error, you may need to re-install again as they may be missing or corrupt.Riisu wrote:Yep, I've run it once as suggested.

Re: Do not panic / The quick HELP thread
I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Tried several different processes of running Nebula in Logic after my install, and have never generated or been able to locate the *.ser file.
Any idea of where it should be found or what I'm doing wrong?
As far as I'm aware, I'm seeing what was available to me in the Free Bundle, e.g - under 'MIC' there is only the New Man available.
Is this correct or should there be more options?
What makes me doubt myself, is looking in the manual and comparing the amount of EQ's on display there, I've hardly got any?

Re: Do not panic / The quick HELP thread
Here within lies the problem, I can't find 'Nebulatemprepository' anywhere on my Mac.
I'm uninstalling and re installing again to see if it'll work but I'm a little deflated right now.
I really appreciate your help with this though, thanks.

FOUND IT!
Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Presets > AcusticaAudio > Nebula 3 > *.ser
But still seems as though I'm missing quite a lot of presets.
Should I HAVE to download these from 'My Libraries' area, or should they have been included in the install download?

Re: Do not panic / The quick HELP thread
Hi,
I've received an email subject title: form record received.
Is this my authorization file? or is that still to come? If this email is my authorization file how do I activate it?
Also; my studio doesn't have internet access, i am downloading all files on another pc. Will this be a problem?
Can't wait to get started!!
