Since I've been out of the Nebula game for quite a while and suddenly receiving the discount codes (apparently I bought too much 3rd party libraries and not enough aqua stuff because the discounts are quite low, or are they added to another discount because I have Nebula3 Pro as well?) I'm looking for info.

By now I learned what N4 is going to cost and that it will include Rose, but a nice summary of what is actually new since Nebula3 I still can't find. Only random posts on the forum somewhere.

Is there really no Nebula4 info page on the real website yet?

Nebula 4 uses a new techs labelled under the name "core 9". Core 9 is used in Neb4 and in the acquas. Overall, the compressors for example are more accurate. Core 10 will maybe introduce non-stepped behaviour of the knobs for the eqs, but as for now, core 9 products still use stepped frequency knobs (even if it's a mixing eq, like Lime). Other than that, Core 9 is absolutely awesome.

Nebula 4 will allow to chain multiple libraries, but right now it's not possible.

Nebula 4 will be the new and best platform for future libraries by 3rd party devs, for right now they are not ready. They need to agree to the terms of acustica, and need to master the new tools.

Sound-wise, it's all good. It's going to be a progressive dvpmt. Exciting isn't it ?

If it's a mass mailer it'll probably happen in batches so just waiting and checking your spam folder seems (for now) to be the smartest thing, but that's me.

Are these just the Nebula 3 libraries? Perhaps we can just point N4 at them?
