Re: Gemini Audio Releases G2500!!! - (A*I 2500)
Have a look at Vim editor or some kind of editor with syntax highlighting - makes life a lot easier when browsing through config files; Notepad just doesn't cut the mustard. :) Hi Gemini, Have been busy on projects, but had a moment to download the G2500 DEMO. I've not yet installed, but had a look ...

You could use Reaper just for the batch-processing stage. That would solve the problems you mentioned in their entirity

Re: What about a Nebula Free-G like tool? (With a good Mono Pan)
Free G is fine. Don't play into placebo or it's Nebula therefore *must* sound better. Alot of misinformation gets chucked around these internets.

I think the panner does more harm than good in most cases. I wouldn't get too hung up on it.

Just went on AITB new site, and saw that their copy-protection has changed...... because of an increase in illegal sharing of libraries . WTF?! I can't believe people are doing that on here... This is why companies have to resort to Iloks, pace and all the other bull-shit copy-protection solutions -...

Dies anyone know if there will be a normal Nebula release? If not, will this work with Neb server daemon and benefit from ram saving, GPU processing etc?

Not exactly a third party library...
PSP NobleQ. Got released a week or so ago and it's an incredible eq, anyone using Nebula will be impressed by the sound (and lack of CPU drain). The only Pultec type plugin that really stands up to the Nebula offerings IMO. $59 until the end of the month I believe.

Re: console/tape order...
If you were tracking it in one studio and mixing in another, you might emulate that by something like: VBC PRE or VBC IL 73eq (or anything you would want to use as an insert/s) (you could add a buss here, maybe a compressor, eq - like if you were summing kick mics, guitar cabs etc etc to a single ch...

Re: Hi guys , new to Nebula - Mastering options
I'm loving the vari-mu with s/c eq, just gently tickling, generally with a mammoth /gml / N*****n or EQP1A3S. That's the only Neb comp I use on the 2-buss or for mastering really, other than that I use either hardware or PSP Old Timer me, which is a rude plugin. I like the 1968me alot, it's does sou...
