Hey Tim I'm having some trouble with the jpn skin in the U76 library. It's working fine under mac OS but not in Windows 8.1. Everything's works but except the meter which is not moving. I'm using the latest nebula and and latest update of the library.

I can confirm that the impulses works great with the Voxengo Boogex plugin and you can have an incredible amount of control over them. Every single impulse is loaded without problems from 44.1 to the "insane" 384.
