Re: Best preamp for Aqua
i'd say the best pre would be a neutral one. no coloration, just flat response. as less harmonic distortion as possible. Motu has some good choices in that regard or RME for example. there are other brands too, these are just two examples ... i am not into variable impedance on pres. there are other...

Re: Got N3 & N4 - Should I install N4?
maybe install besides N3 to get used to it?
and test around a little how it works, what is new, maybe compare same libs in N3 and N4 if there is a sound difference.
so when you start to use it at one point, you will be familiar with it.
just some thoughts thrown in ...

here is a link to the Seb-programs, it is all of them, that were available for free back then:

i guess "lordnielson" would be ok with it. if he intervenes, i will take it down.

Re: London Acoustics OSAKA MIX EQ released!
i certainly recommend to try this!
it has real workhorse ability and also shines on the masterbus, if used in smaller doses.
great tool! thanks london acoustics!

Re: VIOLET discussion topic
hi mark, are you using it in N4?
Edit: in N4 it has a prog rate of 1.4 ms here, so not as fast as those "insane" compressors were set at. if you use moderate attack times it should not make a difference

ahaha poor guy ... another addict
cobalt-comp on the masterbus is the smoothest and most elegant compressor i have heard ITB.
let's see if acustica beats its mark again in the future

Just bought Azure. So again trying to phase cancel plugin and I get the kick in the right speaker while pressing M/S mode on one if instances, while the other is in stereo mode. If both are in stereo mode then all cancels fine. So is something changing in m/s mode on the right channel only? Left ch...
