If it helps any, I too can confirm that I use Lunchpail, Smack and 2254 all the time and they are every bit as good as the other Tim who seems to get all the hype. Did he start skinning first?
Also began exploring some of the other libraries like time tube and have not found a dud yet.

Re: Blue 1102 eq v2
Yup this is superb. Love that distortion. And paired with Cup's 2254 I had vocal heaven. (Also ran the vox bus through L bus too...)

Re: Some gear that I would want in Nebula libraries
Hear you on the 525 and 2264 but don't dismiss them for their tone which is great if you only need 1 of 2 dB reduction.
They're not quite the same hardware but Tim C's Lunchpail 527 and his 33609 are I think Way better for compression and might do the trick for you.

Re: Cupwise release- Plates of Legend Vol. II
Hey TimW Sadly Will and Plexus have a feud going on and this time you are the fodder. We saw this with TimP just recently. Upshot there was give TimP a break. Imperfect website from a one man shop but outstanding products at outrageously good value. I see no difference here. You are an outstanding D...

This is now bickering. Points have been made. Now let us let Tim do whatever he wants to do. Or not do.
Anyway, when's my new mastering comps gonna drop? Hurry up dude!

Re: Jpn skins for TimP libraries
Plexus, You're right of course, but you completely miss the point, the spirit and the vibe of Nebula. Maybe the Aqua and newly launched Aquarius are a better fit for you? Nebula is for the demanding purists who rise to a challenge and are rewarded for it. Wacky awkward websites are all part of the N...

New standard - agreed. Would not be surprised if it replaced that other bus comp I have lying around ... on the beach.

Re: U76 v3 released
This is perhaps the only audio forum in the world where you can have complete confidence that the library you buy from a good developer sounds very very close to the hardware it emulates.
The N60 is no exception and doesn't even cost much.

Re: U76 v3 released
Although the idea of Tim on holiday is a shocking disgrace, I suppose we can allow it just this once...
We do need mastering comps next but an La2a would also be welcome. I know we have the summit and la3a so this will probably come later, but hopefully will come?

Re: Timp news
Woo hoo! And hopefully an N3 skin too for those of us happy with Tim's incredible work in N3. And who don't need N4 or Aquas but bought them anyway to show support...
