Problem with PINK2 and Protools 2018

Post by indub » Thu Aug 16, 2018 11:33 am

I've only just become an Acustica user having purchased the excellent Pink2 plugin. I am running the latest version of ProTools 2018 with Windows 10 on a Hex core 4.7Ghz Pc. The problem I have is if I have 1 or 10 instances of Pink 2 running fine in a session and save it ,when I reopen the session ProTools crashes. If I disable all plugins on loading (shift option) and then reactivate them one by one the session will run fine .Has anyone got any solutions or come across this before....it's a pain having to deactivate every instance of Pink2 before I close a session.
Cheers.

Actually resolved this issue by lowering the buffer from 1024 to 512 in playback engine , not sure why it works, but it does..
