Maximum Number of Products Reached???

I'm on a MAC OSX 10.13.6 with the newest version of Aquarius. I've tried installing the Lime trial several times. It gets to SENDING AUTHORIZATION REQUEST and then it says the "Maximum Number of Products has been reached." I tried uninstalling Aquarius and then reinstalling it. I then attempted to install a trial of Ultramarine to see if that would work. It gets to SENDING AUTHORIZATION REQUEST and then nothing happens. Nothing.

I checked my online account and it says I have 7 activated Lime licenses. But in truth, I have none. Every time I try to reinstall and it fails, the system charges me with another activated license.

Any help??? Thank you.
