i stay logged in to the forum for last 2 days. no logging out, no double clicking...................

90+% of the time, when I visit the AA site, it is to go directly to any New Postings.

I'm normally on the unread posts link, and I'm still getting logged out..:S

Nothing’s changed here on iOS mobile - still logged out regularly.

Interesting. Some people still repot problems not only here but on the FB group - I'll let the guys in the office know. For me it works as good as it gets, which is what is confusing here...

Definitely confusing...

Here, for instance, I noticed no improvement at all. I always have to log in each time I visit the forum, even if only few minutes after my last visit.

Another annoyance with the site is whenever placing an order, from order to order my address info is supposed to be saved but the country and state always reverts to Italy, no matter what, requiring manual correction each time...

interesting, raising a ticket on this matter too, we are in touch with the website developers.
I think the logging-out issue was partially solved or completely solved in many cases, we'll ask to improve it further

If I access the forum from the main website it seems I am logged in automatically as should be expected, but if I access the forum directly from url or bookmark, I always need to log in. The old forum kept me logged in unless I cleared my cookies, which was nice. I also miss the margins of the old forum (as similar to gearslutz)—currently on a big screen paragraphs appear as a few long line across the screen... It's kind of incongruous with Acustica's ethos of attention to detail, especially in style

Its really really really tough to post anything and constantly getting logged out. Logged in, submit post and immediately get logged out and the post is not submitted.

It seems to me that this forum is purposely being undermined towards uselessness, to get people to move over to your adopted Facebook agenda.
It is pathetic to suggest that there is not a competent web designer that cannot make this forum etc. to work correctly.
So, I suggest you sack your web designer, who obviously cannot do his job properly and employ someone who can. :roll:
I thank DavidGary73 for porting the Facebook information over to this forum to keep us up to date. :)

Yeah, currently it is unusable also for me. But this has been reported. So we are waiting for a fix from the company that runs it. Sorry for the problems.
