Stefano sampled a 6dB gain version, very suitable for mastering. It had a cost, so we are evaluating what to do, it could be free of charge or a cheap update. So it is possible a scarlet3 very soon. New scarlet would load instantly, because completely based on the "white" runtime loading technique.

About the "original" version, we are checking the availability of a possible endorsement, so we'll not be fast. For what we can measure and test the sound is exactly the same. Original is based on 9dB gain, so scarlet3 should be even better because there is more precision on the smaller range of gain.

So I think everybody should be meanwhile happy.

A 'mastering' version with 6dB gain would be most welcomed !

One request ... can the GUI get some serious attention though. The current Scarlet has to one of the most distracting display of all the ACQUA's

I know there is a lot of knob data ... but still wish for improvement.

Simplify the number of dividing lines between bands, and maybe a font that is not so tall [stretched] for starters.

Yeah, not my favorite gui... but more important to me, I'd like to also voice interest for a 6db version of the plugin!

we sampled again scarlet, now it is suitable for mastering! there was a good restyling too.
We sampled also original hardware and it will be maybe released on next year. They are pretty the same, there is a topic in this section.

- Scarlet 3 will be free to scarlet users
- We'll increase Scarlet price as soon as Scarlet 3 is out

When a company comes and release a version3 for free and then creates a new skin like this!!!!!

You know they really care!
Awesome.

I don't know who makes these skins but he is the best in business.

Does Scarlet have a mixing version similar to Ivory?

Just installed Scarlet2... That's a seriously BIG ASS GUI! going on there..
Just wondering if there was a smaller GUI option for that version, and if Version 3 is also going to be that BIG?

Is Scarlet sampled in parallel bands, like the original EQ it is based on?
