Just received this e-mail from support:

You exceeded maximum limit for a loyal customer discount, to get new loyal customer discount(s) should buy first without discount.

@Giancarlo
I didn't know there is a maximum limit? So people that buy a lot of products are punished for doing so? Doesn't make sense to me I'm afraid.

Bought it yesterday, as expected it sounds superb! I'm very happy as I missed the first one. On my mac everything seems to work fine. Thanks for those great tools

Post by lopan808 » Sat Mar 04, 2017 8:16 pm

Is anybody else having trouble with the website when opening the dashboard? I want to update pearl but everytime I try to open my dashboard the page disappears or it says invalid token. Does anybody know how to fix this?

I submitted a ticket but i dont know when I will hear back.

Pearl 2 eq question

Post by masteringlt » Sat Mar 04, 2017 8:19 pm

Just a question about EQ. So if I want to boost only 0,87 i will boost the other frequency as well. Cannot just boost 0,87?

Cheers

The two numbers represent a range of frequencies. It works differently from a traditional EQ where you choose frequency and width. With pearl you choose the range of frequencies you want to boost.

Yes, to be specific you can't look to Pearl as a surgical equalizer. It's definitely not designed for that.

Like he said, use your ears. Your eyes deceive. It would appear that some people are complainers. Nothing wrong? I'll find something...
It's not about finding something wrong or looking for ways to gripe. It's not about pointing out flaws. It's about seeing something that can be improved to polish a stellar product and push it that 3% further. It would seem that, in general, nobody understands this concept, which is why the term "complaining" gets thrown around. People get way too uptight about it. It's unfortunate.

Alright. Moving on...
