The white advice appears also for generic errors. So I guess it stopped working in fl for somewhat external reason. Open a ticket, maybe executable version fixes it

Good news- support sent some files to install which fixed the problem.
Glad to have it working again, it's a go-to eq in my mastering chain.
My thanks again to Enrique + staff for getting this squared away.
