I get no Trial at all, not even for windows. I've tried with Safari and Firefox and even on my iPhone I don't seem to see the trial as on the other Aqua plugins. (see the pic below)

[EDIT] Nevermind. I found the trial page, my mistake.

It took Aquamarine till Version3 to be the thing it set out to be.

Now it is just awesome.
Put it on my Drum Bus and couldn't stop smiling.

Please make Ultramarine 3 as awesome as this!! :)

Is this a real final version, or should we wait until the end of trial, like for a new product ?

I'm running the Mac trial now it it is REALLY nice.
I posted this reply in the GS thread:

Yes, I'm using the AM3 trial in Logic.
Working well it seems to me.

Only using it for mastering so I'm setting it up to only get about 1dB of GR with both the option and discrete sections.
The input trim is handy to dial in a good level with reference to the input and output meters.

Shmod has a BIG influence over the amount of GR in the discrete section. If you want more GR make shmod less than the default setting of 2, if you want less GR dial it in at a setting greater than 2.

It is interesting when doing A B comparisons with 7236. I'm really like the weight that the AM3 adds.

Giancarlo would you please clarify something for me about Recover in AQ3.

When set to Dual does that mean Auto Release and that left and right are not linked ?

ie: Dual as in Dual mono ?

Thanks

i believe Rev-D has changed the master output gain range to +12 [don't quote me on that].

There was also a setting/fix that had to change internally that affected 96K projects.

Maybe some other minor tweak.

It's auto release, with dual meaning dual stage (if I recall there are 2 different release charges, a quick one and a very slow one).

The whole thing always operates in linked stereo.

Of course, I had forgotten that quite a few Auto Releases have 2 stages like you described.

Thanks Brian.
