The release has the "dual" option. What is it? It's not covered in manual.

Gian, is it possible to include the improved envelope sampling and reproduction in the Murano update?

not on next update. But I guess it will be an improvement we'll put in the pipeline. I want to complete all developements on this side before going back to old products and improve them.

Good to know, thanks.

So are the compressor developments focused on:
1. faster program rate / envelope speed with smoothing to avoid aliasing (quick enough even for ultra fast FET compressors)

2. correct shape of envelope even at high gain reduction or when sampling "auto" release modes

3. faithful program dependency for attack / release curves

4. capturing "unusual" transfer curves like you find in variable-mu devices or something like the C2 with "crush" function enabled (this function reduces ratio or lets transients pop back through after a certain level in deep gain reduction)?

5. something else? clipping behavior?

If those can all be solved, the world will be a better place! Those are the only things I can identify as needing improvement, except for gain reduction metering. Even #1 - 3 would be fantastic to see across the lineup in 2016.

Yes everything for the exception of 4 which doesn't need anything new, we avoided in order to keep the model simple. Apparently the unit doesn't exhibit it.
3 was achieved but it needs further bug fixing

Is a Core 7 version of this in the works?
