Titanium For Second Machine

Something has to be done with the Ser/Auth situation... i just spent hard earned money on Titanium n been waiting (2days) on my auth file for a second machine. Now i've been a Nebula user for a long time n things have drastically improved all around, and maybe im a bit spoiled, but when i pay i receive right??? The Auth system says im at my limit when i upload the ser file from my second machine... have no idea what happened, but the only thing i can think of is the Titanium Trial might have something to do with it...just don't know at this point... Hoping something is done soon to fix this from happening again... Also ticket submitted yesterday.

Open a support ticket. I did that with Blue and received a license the next day.

in my experience, the good folks at acustica are very attentive to the support ticket log. however, bear in mind that this is sunday (which means you submitted your ticket on saturday). many businesses are closed on the weekends. i'm sure they'll get back to you very soon. :)

Licenses issues are managed by sales department. Please, send it a message in a ticket.

From own experience: You must be sure to send a ticket to the sales department, not to the technical support.

It does not matter that it is the same person, when he is wearing the support hat he is ignoring sales related inquiries. Just saying. I did that once in order to leave some more money with AA, did not succeed because it was the right guy but wrong adress, gave up then and kept my money.

Seems like that "Xtra" slot works (from as AA's Side, at least)... will test at the studio tomorrow n report back...
