solved completely the issue reported on 4th band at all frequencies. There was a synchronization issue among kernels.
We solved implementing a new tech (an otherrrrrrr     )

works perfect here... all the phasing is now away and it reacts very fast!

I hope that all the other (older) eqs as coolteq, silk and so on will be updatet soon too:P

well phasing its gone but I still find it a bit aggressive with the sound it's a pity that the eq sounds that harsh specially on Hi freqs. when the hardware is quite the opposite :(

it would be great to have a direct comparison with the same audio.
do you have access to the hardware, so you can illustrate what you mean by harsh (magenta) and soft (hardware)?
system 1: windows 8 32 bit - samplitude prox/x3, tracktion6/7, reaper
system 2: mac osx yosemite - reaper(32+64bit), tracktion6/7(32+64bit)

both systems on: macbook pro (late 2009), core 2 duo 3,06 ghz, 4 gb ram, graphic: nvidia geforce 9600M GT 512 MB

gain is less linear than hardware, so for your checkings test full position
The curve should be matched at full position though
It is possible we'll publish an update during 2015

About harshness post a comparison, we can compare with our unit
