One thing that will really set a new quality for Aqua plugins and Magenta in general is adding a mid/side matrix or at least an independent left/right channel operation (this is easily transferred to mid/side with m/s encoding decoding applied).

Any plans on making this happen ?

That would be pretty amazing. Especially the mid/side function

It may also mean [if this was even possible], a doubling of the CPU/Ram load. I don't know.

Of course, we can still 'create' an M/S condition with 2 instances, an M/S code-decoder, and routing.
I find Plogue BIDULE or METAPlugin chainer useful for setting up templates as this.

we are already working on it. The gui was improved a bit (larger elements).
We waited in order to develop a tech for making 44.1 and 48 KHz more reliable. It means perfection between interpolated samples.

Hey Giancarlo,

Just wanted to touch base with you and see if you're planing to add a pretty standard version readout on Magenta ?

One should be able to click on say the "Magenta" logo/name and instantly get an idea of the build version and all.

Kindly -

Garry

Nebula Setups 2.5 development version 2 now shows version of all setups and installed ACQUA plugins. It is a kind of workaround and it needs some preparation, but it works.

Cheers,

I testify that it works great too. It also makes a back-up of the plugins before the update. Brilliant!
