we are checking the issue raised by cubase users about loading presets and recalling sessions
Great - this is causing me a nightmare in a session :o

Should Crimson be showing in my Aquarius when I've purchased it (Mac)? I tried installing it from the website but still no show in AQ....
It will only show in Aquarius IF INSTALLED by Aquarius.

I installed it manually without Aquarius. After no show of Crimson, I logged out in Aquarius, and then logged in with my email (not user name). After this Crimson showed up. (The logic of the new website system I guess.)

Thanks, I tried logging out etc. but still no joy. When I tried to authorise Crimson manually, the file selector wouldn’t select the .ser file when prompted. Very strange.....

uninstall feature is in alphatesting

an other little thing, we removed vst presets from crimson, so you are forced to used them from the interface. It solves problems caused by interaction of vst presets at plugin startup, which was leading to many issues.
Anyway it is possible this is not enough for several users, but this case happens less frequently (number of guys reporting presets were not working from the interface is very low). Several guys here have a flu, they will be back on monday and they will check tickets reporting the problem is still there.
Keep in mind they have around 150 tickets to answer (mostly because the new website), they will read gs after all raised tickets are answered (but if new tickets are raised, it could be "never" for your specific problem)
