cool... great news. It has a lot of loading time even with my ssd :D

btw.: Is it normal that the blue eq pushes volume while not using any knob? Or ist that something what will be fixed?

The Blue is really one of the best eqs. I use it a lot... more often than magenta, silk and Eqp1 or Orange. I like it even on summing a lot to give a bit colour.

I'm also still using Blue eQ a LOT! Still one of my favorite "thickening" EQ's when I need some color. It'll be great to see how much the update cuts down on loading time. It's great as it is right now, but I won't argue with any improvements Acustica makes :D

Blue EQ is one of the few processors that can make a soft synth analogue emulation sound 'more' analogue and convincing...(this is after me trying everything)...its very rare a plugin can make a ITB sound real analogue (usually its more 'plugin analogue')...

I did some comparisons with U-He Diva vs my Oberheim and using Blue EQ on Diva (thicken, soften the highs) - makes it much closer to an analogue sound.

another blueq lover here ... :D
it is great for that dense and thick sound.
you can also get it to scream a little with some over the top settings

i would really love to see the update. i use it in 48khz, which is downsampled from 96 khz in my case (xml setting defaultrate set to 96) and that takes ages to load atm.

I too love the Blue :)

Even used the MID section on a mastering track ... just worked.

The only issue I've found is the on/off LED is not updating properly [legacy mode WinPC]

ok ... back to work!

ah yes... the on/off LED does not work on my pc too. And that heavy volume boost is often a problem... especially when you work with a nebula tape machine after it for example... ;) But yes, it doesn't sound harsh and very analog to my ears.
