Looks very interesting! Very nice GUI :D
- Will there be some audio demos later today?
- Is this a new take on Fate (N**e) from AITB or the Fate lib "converted" to Aqua?

no it is completely a new device.. you can guess it from the appearance.
It was sampled natively at 88.2, and even improved a bit (original is slighly less accurate)

And, ehmm-ehmm.. *is this LTD-1, Germanium Tone Control or TG-1 Channel?* Not a chance that it's a Curve Bender with combined presence band, i understand..)
Sorry for my bad english =))

I'm very curious what this EQ is based off of as well. If it is "inspired by legendary British devices", then I don't see how it is any of the C******r devices as they are an American company and I wouldn't think vintage either. Maybe I'm taking the "British" too literally. :?

Got to be a based off of N**e maybe.

The upper bands in the Chand are active and the tone and vibe of "brit" eq's were kept in mind for it. hence "inspired by"

Maybe I've missed it, but... I've never seen it before...

Installing BLUEQ I get a checkbox in the Win x64 installer "Install BLUEQ in legacy mode." Any idea what this means? I don't see it mentioned in the manual... nor anywhere else. Hence, I have no idea whether to "install BLUEQ in legacy mode" or not.

i think it refers to vstgui3 (legacy) versus vstgui4 version.

just try the normal install. when you get problems with crashes or freezes with the plugin, try the legacy version.
i think it is kept for compatibility reasons with older systems.

Legacy mode is VSTGUI3 UI framework for old OSs/CPUs. Try first normal mode (VSTGUI4)

Is there no lowcut on this plugin? It looks like only low boost from the pictures.

the lowband does only boost (peak or shelf, switchable).
mid and high band have boost and cut, highband also switchable between peak and shelf.
