Using ALTERNATIVEDATAPATH trick

Nebula data structure is extremely flexible, you can move your emulation presets to a bigger or faster HDD/SDD in order to free up your OS partition.

1. Go to your Nebula/Nebula64 folder inside your VST plug-ins folder.
2. Edit the .XML file(d). You can use a text or XML editor.
3. Add manually the alternative data path tag(s).
4. Save and exit.

Example for PC/Windows:
<DATAPATH> C:\NebulaTempRepository\ </DATAPATH>
<ALTERNATIVEDATAPATH> D:\NebulaComercialLibraries\CPCL\ </ALTERNATIVEDATAPATH>
<ALTERNATIVEDATAPATH> D:\NebulaComercialLibraries\CDSML\ </ALTERNATIVEDATAPATH>

<PROGRAMSUBPATH> Programs/ </PROGRAMSUBPATH>

Example for Mac/OSX:
<DATAPATH> Mac HD/Library/Audio/Presets/AcusticaAudio/Nebula3/ </DATAPATH>
<ALTERNATIVEDATAPATH> /VOLUMES/External HD/NebulaComercialLibraries/CPCL/ </ALTERNATIVEDATAPATH>
<ALTERNATIVEDATAPATH> /VOLUMES/External HD/NebulaComercialLibraries/CDSML/ </ALTERNATIVEDATAPATH>

<PROGRAMSUBPATH> Programs/ </PROGRAMSUBPATH>

In this example we detached emulation presets by developer to have a more organized record of each 3rd developer library.

IMPORTANT: In the alternative folder, partition or HDD/SSD you should manually create Vectors and Programs subpaths folder(s), for example in PC/Windows full path should be D:\NebulaComercialLibraries\CDSML\Programs and
D:\NebulaComercialLibraries\CDSML\Vectors for alternative path for CDSM libraries.

NOTE: We don't recommend to move all your plug-in support installation folder path (called normally NebulaTempRepository in PC/Windows) to the alternative folder, partition or HDD/SSD, however it is completely possible to do it.
