Hey, I've been reading the that the Aqua plugs don't run at their full potential when used in a session that's running below 96 kHz.. something about the high frequencies not responding properly, amungst other things?

Has anyone noticed this issue or any others when below 96 kHz? I haven't had any free time to check it out for myself yet.

Thanks.

Initial ACQUA releases come with both 96k and 44.1k native sample Libraries.

At a later point, AA releases the 48 and 88.2k expansion paks. [N/C].

The native sample rate is 96 Khz. The rest (44.1, 48 and 88.2 are derived from the native one).
I did a few tests and I have to say that there are some differences. At 96k it sounded the best for me in general but the other ones are not bad..just a bit different. With Pink I didn't heard any difference between 44.1 and 96 but with Cream yes..quite a lot especially in the low end. Same with Amethyst and Gold.
My computer is not that powerful but if I'll buy a new one (latest multicore) I will record/mix at 96khz for sure.
If you want to make some tests try to mix a few tracks..not just a single one.
IMHO 44.1 sounds a bit edgier and not that tight in the low end. But it works for me :)

Do these sample libraries come with the trial versions or the full versions only?
