typical response time for tech support tickets

hey all. hope everyone's doing well.

hate to be that guy, but i have a impending deadline and put in a tech support ticket just about 24 hours ago. anyone with experience who can give me some insight on a timeline? just wanna know what i'm up against. :|

official reply time is 48 hours during the week and 72 hours during weekends. Normally they are a lot faster
