Can't use trials

Hi,

I have a problem authorizing Lift and Magenta.
They don't show up on Aquarius so I can't authorize them.

Any thoughts?

I can't trial Magenta too. Nor Pink 2412. I tried authorizing with Aquarius and with the old Dashboard way.

This is happening since the beginning of Black Friday.

Really wanted to buy one more Acqua this sale, but no trial, no buy.
