Downloads for Nebula Setups and Nebula Man?

As with the new website the downloads for Nebula Setups and Nebula Man have disappeard, where can I find the downloads now? As I find myself to use Nebula 3 Pro again more and more as lots of my libs work there better than under Nebula 4 both Tools will be handy again.

Any help or link is really appreciated
