Difference between Master Bus Clean and Vintage on VBC?

Post by powderfinger » Sun Dec 19, 2010 9:11 am

Anyone know what the difference is between the Master Bus Clean and Master Bus Vintage on the VBC console?

Presumably there is only one Bus, so I'm wondering how these are processed differently...with EQ? Something else?

Which Bus represents "true" VBC Bus with no processing?

Thanks!

Probably a little EQ shaping.

Both, clean is pure path, vintage is the same circuit with different impedance-match with the converter, good if you look for more dark sound.
