I was talking about the effectchainer as used only in the vst plugin analyzer for testing. I don't use it for mixing and looking at the strange phase response it creates it might not be a very good idea to do so. The FreeG is transparent and has no influence on the sound- I have tested it by creating a long chain of 6 freeG instances, every time boosting and decreasing the volume by 12dB. The resulting file nulled perfectly with the original test tone.
