I wish there were !

Even a couple captures of the 'sweet spots' would be great.

Is there anything to a wah pedal besides a straight allpass filter? Maybe a algorithim based VST will suffice.

Try this one;

It is simple, and is more of an auto wah. But unless you want to buy a midi wah, this is close. I use a real wah right into an amp-sim. Works great, and wah pedals are not too expensive, even a good one.

Thanks for the link, but it doesn't sound good to these ears. Surely someone can do this in Nebula ?
The Wahs in the NI guitar rig 5 demo are the best ones I've come across in software.
I used to have a mega pedal board and don't want to go back to buying pedals and all that.

I may try it i've got a replica of a vox picture wah, with the proper inductor and tropical fish etc. It's the bonnie wah from arteffect.

If i get a chance i will try to sample it this week.

Tim

Good news Tim.

You got 2 wahs in the commercial library."Ultra Wahwah" sampled from "Numerical wah" & "Plugin Wah".IN the Time Variant category...

I never said that it was fabulous, I was just passing it on. As I said, I tend to use one of my real wah pedals. And I understand not wanting to start buying pedals again, but out of any pedal, a good wah is hard to emulate and not very expensive to buy, especially used. A standard Cry Baby or Vox wah is pretty cheap used these days since they are so common, but they sound so good.
