Mammoth EQ Expansion: Released

Post by analoginthebox.com » Wed Aug 25, 2010 9:13 pm

It is time to release the 2nd part of the triumphant Mammoth EQ, so here we are:
Mammoth EQ Expansion
http://analoginthebox.com/mammoth_eq.php

Image

What's inside?
- 10 new "combo" programs that use up to 4 bands of the original hardware at the same time. This is the only library offering you access to multiple bands of the hardware with just 1 Nebula instance.

- Owners of Mammoth EQ (basic edition) will get additional "clean" (1 kernel) versions of Mammoth EQ

An example, please...
Ok, here you are. Let's say you want your drum overheads to benefit from that extemely smooth, natural sound from Mammoth EQ before eq'ing with some more surgical tools:

Load the "Shine" program from Mammoth EQ Expansion, and enage the HPF, boost some top-end, and remove some lower mid frequencies.
All in 1 program, using very little CPU and Ram ressources!

How was the sampling done?
In the know quality of AITB, using PrismSound converters, this time at 44.1KHz AND 96KHz to satisfy our customers working at higher samplerates as well. Both versions are included.

For more details please read the manual:

Bougt. Good to see it up to 96KHz. 8-)

The filter in 96KHz is great sounding.

Hi,

Is this sampled at 96khz (ie there is content up to 48khz (if there is in the hardware)) or are the programs just upsampled to 96khz from 44.1khz?

Thanks!
