I own both and have recorded live reggae with them, and either are awesome. They both have their own flavor. CLC will give you more options, and the Globe will naturally round out the bass end. I would just pick one and run with it! Irie!

ha ha!

"[insert any Nebula console here], no doubt!!"

I have done some reggae with that one too. Yup. I have found that with any genre, if I pick a console to use, and use it exclusively on the project (no mix-n-matching, treat it as a strictly pure virtual emulation) I will always end up with "the best" console choice. I have heard some great results from people using whatever stage of any and all consoles wherever they want, but my music has come alive more, and is more cohesive, when I pick one and use it as I would in a physical studio. If that "studio" has a CLC type console (or any console), then CLC is what I use, start to finish.

I stand corrected. I am almost finished with a reggae/ska tune, a rockin' instrumental version of "Amazing Grace", and the foundation is the VBC console.... Amazing! Thanks Mercado! Very warm and live sounding. The small human glitches were left intentionally. Here's the tune...

Hello

The "Big" studio in Jam is Channel one studio
They have an A*I 1604 Console ....very good for Drum and bass sound ...
Alex B prupose MBC ( that A*I 1608 with Vintage or modern MIX Buss )
In addition for mastering , test the German console , especially for Vinyl mastering !

I have test this combinaison ....amazing sound !
