Can anyone point me in the right direction here regarding my question in my prior post?

Thanks in advance!

No, you don't have to use that trick, but if you want faster attack then a program has standard, you can use it.

Sorry dagovitsj I didn't see your post. I don't know about creating other dll's. I just use the standard Plugin.

Hey , been playing with all the neb compressors and got to sy this my favorite .

Are you going to release adjustable attack and release when nebula is ready .I will buy!

Would be cool to get some other versions of a 1176 if any third party devolopers are listening. They do sound great!

+ 1000 here.Niels your program is the sh%t! I'm surprised but I use it a lot despite the limitations.
I know it takes time and energy to sample , but I'll buy it definitely.

Maybe when G. will take care of the comp. folder (AlexB release's approaching) it might worth to do another sampling session...

Cheers guys.

I'll definitely be back with more but since I'm doing full-time work at the moment I may charge a small amount for the new programs (price levels akin to Vnxt and Rhythminmind).

I actually tested Giancarlos' improved Nat and Compression templates and the results are extremely good. The timings are much closer to the harware unit than before.

"Nuke" also sounds great. Some of the over-the-top harmonic distortion is missing but the pumping, "sucking" 8-) effect is there and again the timings are much, much better. Stellar job Giancarlo !

On a personal level I hope that Rhythminmind redoes his Vari Mu as I really, really like that program and am sure that it would become a fantastic tool for the masterbus.

About variable attack and release I'm still undecided about that one. The way I see it you're asking Nebula to interpret those functions much like interpolated eq programs. I never use those as in my opinion you are straying too far from the specs of the original.
If on the other hand you could have stepped attack and release I'd chose that option every time (Must ask Giancarlo if that could be implemented)

Thanks
Peter

Yes,

It doesn't have to be interpolated.Just the settings in one program.Just to make tweaking easier than changing the program.

Glad you've tried the new template and its working out well.

Yep cant wait. The harmonic need micro kernels though right? The sooner these are added the sooner Nebula will dominate saturation
