Blu Mu = Best ITB VariMu

So versatile, makes my cymbals melt into the mix...

Gives weight on the 2bus, hot glue

Not to mention... 100A massive!

Its been awhile since calling up BluMu Comp. Last time was likely v:1.

Tonite ... tested V:2

Oh my

Observation. Oft times, adding Mastering compression can bring out a mid/high freq 'edge' in this upper spectrum. To a point of wanting to Hi-Shelf roll-off some of that added upper-end pressure.

Early testing of Blu-Mu v:2 ... I didn't really get that 'pressure' this time. What I got was a bigger, deeper, more powerful/stable presentation of the mix.

The GUI controls of V2 are wonderfully responsive.

Much more testing to come ... but early result are very positive.

more later. 8-)

Tim, I have a question about 100a v3:

your 110a is showing the great high roll off? I have used the softube one and the high roll off is very noticeable and I love it, I saw your line preset's graph has a high roll off but I don´t know if this is that part of the equation...
In other words, I would like to know if it gives you that inmediate ultra high roll off.

Thank you, Swang!

Did you tried softube one?
Obviously this is a place for supporting Tim, but I would like to know any user´s opinion having tried both
