Hi ! in the new version of Silk, each Vector has its corresponding Program, but I don't understand what these 3 vectors are for :
SILK MID STEP V 44.N2V
SILK MID STEP V 48.N2V
SILK MID STEP V 88.N2V
Since there is no 96kHz vector, and the stepped mids are already in the SILK MID STEP V4 44/48/88/96.N2V vectors

My understanding is that Nebula 4 will work fine with previous releases. So this new version of Silk should work fine with Nebula 4.

Also, Nebula 4 is not even out yet, and it will probably go through a development phase after release as most Acustica products do. In other words, utilize Tim's EQs in Nebula 3 now, and when Nebula 4 comes out, install it into Neb 4 as well.

The big question is, will Nebula 4 replace NYRV Agent? :)

It's exciting that Tim is creating these in a way that requires fewer instances. That means faster loading times and easier configurations. Very cool.

I was questioning why I should upgrade these EQs, but after visiting his site, I now understand the value.

Hi Tim, the Elcom & Silks a great upgrade. Even faster loading and lower CPU.
The JPN skins get a big thumbs up as well.
As its much easier to work with. So this is really appreciated.
Theres obviously a lot going on under the hood with these new versions so thanks for your hard work.

Loads of little improvements, Somethings you may not hear as they are little things I've discovered on analyzing.

The band isolation in some cases makes a tiny file size.

for example we have all sample rates under 200mb,elc24 is around 100mb!!! which is pretty amazing if you ask me. That's still with every combination possible! This in turn speeds up loading times by many times.

------------------------------------------------------

Silk acqua owners can get a free copy of silk from me.
I appologise, I can't give you a acqua :( , I tried my best!

You just need to show your receipt from acustica for silk acqua. You'll need to have a account setup on my site. You'll need to purchase something, If you don't want to buy anything, just use the Tea room reverb as your purchase.

Cheers

Ok, this was a crypt error, I've removed them from the latest download.

also

Just thought I'd let everyone know that a customer found a weird bug on the elc24 low shelf. It was dropping volume On a second instance.

Download elc again and reinstall and it should fix it

It's interesting you noticed.
I've been creating extra tools outside of nat to improve things....one of things I worked on a little bit was harmonics, the d*cca preamp I'm working on sounds really great. One of those other tools created the band isolation tech. You most probably won't see it anywhere else

So on the ELC V3 skin, Low Frequency knob does not work when Mid program is loaded? And other knobs do not work when Low program is loaded?

Makes the skin kind of confusing. I will have to remember which knobs work and which ones don't whenever I load this. I will probably just use different skin.

Let me know your opinion so I am not confused.

Thanks, Tim.
