Price will go up £6 once it's released.
How cool..... What is it?

It will be a subtle variation. That should interact with the dry signal slightly different.

thanks tim. that's very generous.

i just used this on a rhythm guitar track that solos for 2 bars leading into a bridge. i copied the 2 bars to another track and processed them with the great spring and then crossfaded the 2 tracks leading into the bridge and it's just gold.

if i never use the preset again i've already gotten my monies worth.

regards,
marco

I have been using this on vocals, guitars, even on some select snare. This has become massively used in many projects already.

THE GREAT SPRING!

I've made some improvements to the pack, it's lower artifact, also everything is trimmed for a smaller download size and should be lower cpu.

Whats new-
-4 sample rates in one pack
-2 added pre delays to add a greater sense of space
-Added n3/n4 skins
-wet/dry control

It's a free update and if you only bought a single sample rate you now get all of the sample rates.

I suggest using a higher dsp buffer for reverbs

This spring has always been a goto for me over the years. Always winds up somewhere in a session. These updates are reallllly making mixing more fun!

This is the o-rb-a.n spring unit?
I can not find that reverb on Tim’s web, I can find a link to it but not from the web:

I mean this link is from google but the web does not show this reverb in the category

It's a Great British Spring Reverb. Two springs in a drain pipe. A common sight in UK recording studios in the 80s/90s.

Great sounding springs actually, true stereo and quite a long/spacious reverb. AKG BX on a budget, but had it's own charm. I used to have one and very much regret getting rid of it, until now! Thanks to Tim.......... :)
