All working now. Nice reverbs, smooth and natural sounding. Most impressed by the stereo immersion of the sound. Thumbs up.

Excellent quality reverbs, but my poor PC comes to a dead stop when I drop one into an FX rack.

Time for an i7 :D

Try to cut the tail a little bit, this will reduce the cpu load and still sounds great.

I just have to say: this is a fantastic reverb. Have been testing it on vocals, acoustic guitars, drums. Wow! It just sounds so natural, like the instruments is merged into the reverb.

Try Posit Room 1 - places a dry acoustic guitar so nicely in a mix!

Very happy Nebula user ;)

@Dogbite: I have an i5 CPU and had to change the DSPBUFFER size in the MAST page from 512 > 1024 to use the preset called Sm Vox Room - and now it works like a charm!

Ta! I wondered if there may be other settings to tweak to improve fuel consumption.

improve fuel consumption.
Sorry, I don't understand.
You want to decrease RAM (or CPU) usage?

Sorry, Yes! I imagine it's CPU useage that I need to lower. The 96k version stops one of my normal Cubase projects straight away, the 44k version is a bit 'spikey' and the prev version is OK but not if it gets busy.

But congratulations on the reverb, it's so good that I'm trying to work out how I can incorporate it properly - even if it means rendering tracks seperately and re-importing them.

Same problem here. With two instances with EAR and only 6 other instances of Nebula (96k) I've got a lot of sound interruptions even with a buffer in Nebula Reverb at 8192. The "Guitar Room" prog is a CPU killer...

Just use the preview, then record it as a track with the full version when you're ready. Fully mixable, no strain. :)

Yes, seems to be the only solution... Thanks for the tip.

On empty project prev library blows my ivy bridge i7 2,3 to pieces. Im guessing its ram that is low? cause nebula is bridged so it cant access to my 16 gig. Damn and this is newest mac available. shoot!

edit: 96k libraries. Basicly in this half of a decade its to put shelf by me or might 64 bit nebula solve it?

Ah, I hadn't realised ram plays such an important factor with Nebula. In which case 64bit would be best for you and access all your 16gb. With an i7 I would have thought no problem at all!

I just have a Intel Core2 Quad Q9650 (3.00GHz)but running 64bit with 8gb ram.

The programs load fine, but it's the quality of playback that varies.

It is not the library causing issues, it is your Nebula settings AND/OR your interface settings.

Please check your interface's buffer size. Don't even try to run Nebula reverbs in a low latency-mode!

If this is not the case: Check your Nebula DSPBuffer settings. A lot of users confirmed that with one of the last upgrades the settings changed without amy user action!

Thanks for posting that workaround, but I think the problem should be solved from the core...

No! Current systems are capable to use the library without the described issues.
Please contact us at [email protected], not here! We can't track and fix things here and are off-topic because this is 100% NOT a library problem!

Send me an email, attach your Nebula3Reverb.XML and please tell me your interface (buffer) settings + which Nebula version you are using.

I would be surprised if your issues could not be fixed with a few simple changes in your settings. :)

Are there any recommended settings that you can post here?
