Thanks guys for chiming in. This is really good to know. I'm leaning towards getting rooms and halls first. I like my plate options currently.

ryancost and Shibata, do you think the hall verbs are exceptional here?

Hey Richie, yes my apologies for the delay. Can't make it to my studio until tomorrow morning and my server is acting up, so I'm trying to find some files. I will make this happen asap - thank you VERY much for your generous offer of your time, truly.

Richie... I decided to take a leap with Mirco's fine work and I purchased the rooms and halls. Thanks again so much for your willingness to help - that sort of thing is what makes the AA community so unique and wonderful.

Cheers,

You're the man, Richie. And please, likewise, if I can be of assistance.

Goodness... these verbs are absolutely wonderful. HIGHLY recommended to anyone who isn't already in the know. Great work, AITB - the Rooms will be on every mix and though I haven't explored the Halls yet, I'm sure they'll be killer.

Yeah, these are awesome. I have yet to hear an algo that can compare.

There are algos that have more features, but I just build those features myself with a chainer. So I can add EQ, compression, stereo widening, etc.

Probably asked a million times, but...if you had to choose only one, for orchestral mockups, acoustic music (ac guitars, harp, strings), and general duties.

I am torn between the halls and the rooms..leaning towards the halls

For orchestral mockups i use the combination with EAR reverbs and with EW Spaces. Because EAR has a dynamic convolution layers and Spaces has a true stereo convolution. Both give the full picture)

For acoustic music, prefer rooms and ambience.
