OK it always takes me a little while to test presets.Anyway, I really like the V1-V3 Pres.Another set that I WILL use often.Very "analog" sounding (for what that means).

I tested them "freestyle" yesterday nite.Throwing them here and there on a raw funk arrangement (all instruments strait to the converter).
Good on everything from drum bus to guitars, vocals and bass guitar.
"Warmer and fuller" than Mathias original Line Audio preset.
Again, good job Yuval.

I didn't have time to test the Mic sims,next...

Added "LA Console"- 3 presets (channel/group/master), which are based on the LineAudio preamp (sampled by Mathias Berghoff). All processing to the original VTT were done at 192kHz.

Some Features:
-48kHz presets.
-big headroom.
-stereo preset for the master.
-no compression or transient "rounding".
-realistic THD levels, similar to real (sampled) consoles.

hi yuval,
nice to see what is growing from my program in your hands!
i instantly loved the V 1 preamp (used it on guitars) and the new "lineaudio-console" .
gave some nice clarity and detail in a mix i tried it on.
just out of curiosity, why did you decide to take this lineaudio-preamp-program as basis for your work?

best,
mathias

Whoa! So sweet! I'll check tomorrow, looks promising.

Btw, which console is? I think I don't get that LineAudio Preamp thing... Have you made a console from a LineAudio preamp?

Yes. The idea is to use the sampled track that Mathias created to make various simulations (hardware/software hybrid). The LineAudio preamp is perfect for this, because it's very neutral, with smooth frequency and phase response. I did many tests with NAT and although it's very good, using a real/sampled track as basis gives superior results compared to re-sampling Nebula.

I agree with Mathias that the "LA console" sounds detailed and clear. It has quite a puncy low-end, but doesn't emphasize the hi-mid, so it works well when you are looking for a balanced and detailed sound. Less suitable for aggressive/hard sound.

Perfect. Just installed and I'm going to compare with my other console libraries (I only have Globe and Vintage Blue Console, but it will be nice to see differences and some other flavours).

You simply rock, man!

Would it be possible to provide these presets at 96k sampling rate?
Cheers
