?question?

The dual traces shown in the B&O graph ... are these
the Left & Right channels ???

Why the difference ?

Thanks!

Hi, yes- it's a stereo preset. The reasons for the big difference are age, quality and lack of service. It's a 37 year old consumer-grade amplifier, that hasn't been used in a very long time. I was very happy it was still working ;)

I think it can be useful as an interesting coloration tool- not something I would use on very sensitive material. Still, if you want an identical response for both channels, after loading the preset go to "kernel" and press on "mono-L" (upper right corner) and then save.

Hello,
Do you need Nebula3 Pro to use these presets? I only have Nebula3 Free and I can't even see the presets in the list ...

thx

Hey yr,
just wanted to say thanks for the B&O – i just mastered 2 tracks for an old school dub reggae 7" through your program! Fantastic! I think this is going to become my go-to first plugin for that "stylee" :D

Have a nice day and I hope you have some more great ideas for nebulizing soon!

Thanks beingmf3, sounds like a fun project.

Since I've decided to put any plans for a commercial release on a hold for now, I'll be posting some presets I've made for fun/personal use.

First in line is a simple utility that splits the frequency range into 3 bands (H/M/L). The crossover frequencies are fixed. The way you use it is by duplicating your track (3 in total) and inserting the appropriate splitter on each track.

The splitter has an "almost" perfect linear phase response, with a tiny shift in the hi-mids. It does not color the sound or change the frequency response. I enjoy using it during mastering by combining various console presets (e.g. MLC/L - 1084/M - MWC/H).

pretty cool idea, with the y splitter! i've downloaded a few free vsts to do that and haven't been fully satisfied with any of them, there's always some flaw.

all of your stuff looks pretty unique/creative. great work!
