I don't know the answer to the first question but you can find info on what gear is used for most programs on David Else's Nebula universal program explorer. http://www.learndigitalaudio.com/blog/n ... m-explorer

You can rename in the mast page by clicking on the text. I'd back up the original n2p files just in case

Close, but no. It's in the EDIT page (accessed in the upper right corner), not the MAST
Win10 / Reaper / i7 6700K / 16gb RAM | ZED-R16 / Digi003 (Revive modded)
N4 - Orange, Blue, Purple, Pearl, Diamond, Ebony, Gold, Navy, Amethyst, Lime, Sand, Pink, 2412, 7236, Titanium, Aquamarine, Coral, Cobalt, Lemon

using NAT to rename lots of programs is about 1000 times faster and just a better way of doing it if you enjoy your sanity.

load NAT

open the 'editor' folder in that left-hand column beside the main area. in that open the 'list'. then click 'add' and find your n2p files (make sure you did back them up somewhere first). then add all the ones you want to rename. now they should be in the list. go through and edit the 'program name' column, but leave the one one the left alone (the one with the actual n2p filenames).

when done hit save. doing it in nebula for lots of files would be an exercise in pure insanity compared to doing it this way.

In Nebula you can only make SAVE AS.
