Upgrade Authorisation - .SER attached

Hi guys,

I haven't yet had my authorisation file through for my upgrade from Nebula 2 to Nebula 3 Pro. I've attached the .SER file to speed to process along as recommended. It is for order number 35210.

apologies for bombarding you with SER requests - I was unsure whether the email route or the forum route was best. thanks for clearing up in the other thread.

I emailed my .ser file to you yesterday, to [email protected] (this is order #35210).

Once again, I'm sorry to have to post again, but will you be sending my authorisation soon? I have waited over 24 hours for it to arrive now.

I find it bizarre that you have such a system in place where I can pay money for a product without a clear indication about when I will receive it in full .

I hope it arrives soon, because I really want to support this great program, but you've got to keep the customer service up guys, it's important too!
