YAY Thats solved it, Wasn't another evening wasted after all, Doubt I would of bothered to fix it if that didn't work but factory is all loading again and I'm chuffed :D
I havn't tried it in a working project yet but sure it will be fine as its never loaded any of the factories for 6 months and cpu is being used now.

Still nothing.
I tried the email address and it got returned and the request did nothing. I registered before but i had to reset and reinstall nebula so i now need a new .ser.

HELP!!!!

Licenses are now automated, you can upload your ser in the user area and then download the key.

does it matter if i just upgraded to nebula server? will that change my .ser?
Also did I do it right by just downloading the upgrade of nebula server or is there a setup i have to run?

I'm trying to get my nebula compressors to work is why i upgraded in the first place

Nebula3/3 Pro/3 Pro Server use the same system son you get the same .SER file name and number. Conclusion: you don't need to register again you product.

Hi Will,
Server is an upgrade of Nebula3 Pro not of Nebula3 basic version.
You need to buy the Nebula3 Pro upgrade before and follow the right sequence:
(uninstall Nebula to do a clear installation)
1) Install Nebula3 Pro
Authorize it

2) Install server upgrade

So if that is so then I just need the setup file and since "server" doesn't come with one is it possibe to exchange the two so thath i actually get the right thing (nebula 3pro) or do i have to buy 3pro and just chalk it up to my bad

Well...
I ended up buying nebula 3 pro and uninstalling everything from the computer.
After reinstalling and opening it up it is now instead of giving me a .ser file in my repository is giving me a serial number.

Now what?

Go to the top of this forum page, go to the user area, click on the "My Licenses" option, and go to the requests. Follow the directions there.

I am in the same situation, but the Requests page requires me to upload a .ser file, but there is no .ser file generated, just the "Authorization : send this serial" message when I start Nebula. What should I do?

Make sure the DAW / software that nebula is running in has write access to your Nebula repository.

Another way (maybe easier), is to create a simple text file yourself with the serial number in it, and call that text file 'Nebula3.ser'
